TITLE: 21 ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER DATA SPECIALIST/CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Maintains all data and attendance for Afterschool Program

REPORTS TO: Program Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be over 18 years old
2. Experience in Education Field
3. Effective Communication Skills
4. Excellent Computer Skills
5. Attend required GA DOE Trainings
Any alternatives to the above as the Superintendent and Board may find
appropriate and acceptable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with maintaining financial records;
2. Enter student information into data base to include achievement and
assessment information;
3. Maintain Afterschool Program official files;
4. Maintain records, agendas and rosters of all Professional Learning activities;
5. Any duties necessary for effective implementation of Afterschool Program;
6. Stay current with data input into Transact (Afterschool Program Software)
7. Performs other responsibilities as assigned

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually
